Jeremy Hill is not on the field for the Auburn Tigers’ next game, and the coach says it’s not an issue.
Coach Gus Malzahn says the wide receiver was on the sideline in a concussion protocol Wednesday night.
Malzhan said the injury is not related to the team’s regular season.
Hill was injured on the fourth play of the fourth quarter when he was tackled by cornerback DeAndre Carter.
The safety fell on him.
Hill, who has one interception this season, is out for Auburn’s game Saturday against Louisiana Tech.
